Liam obtained a Master’s Degree in Law and qualified as a Solicitor in 2018.
Liam joined BC Legal in June 2023, following nine years in Clyde & Co’s Occupational Disease Team.
He has represented numerous Defendant insurers and acted on behalf the Secretary of State for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy in Legacy British Shipbuilder claims.
Liam handles a mixed Occupational Disease caseload, predominantly comprising of asbestos related diseases and other complex respiratory illness claims.
